Hello lovelies!
Now I know this post is long overdue so I'm sorry for slacking! I've been having a bit of 'bloggers block', as I like to call it, so any suggestions or requests for posts would be great. Style story posts are my go-to type of blog post because they're pretty fool proof and they're even better when you're fully dressed in Urban Outfitters clothing!
TOP // JACKET // SKIRT // SUNGLASSES
So myself and the lovely Urban Outfitters
have teamed up to bring you guys this military inspired look which I'm
loving!
Growing up, my Dads wardrobe always had some sort of Camouflage print or army influence going on so I've been a fan of the ongoing trend for some time. As mentioned in a previous post, I'm a bit over the whole
typical bomber jacket phase but this Urban Renewal cropped khaki number adorned with
badges really caught my eye.
I must say the aviators along with the
jacket are definitely (also unintentionally ,may I add) reminiscent of
Tom Cruise in Top Gun!
I've been wearing the camo print long sleeved tee tied around my waist to add something extra to my
outfits other than the usual check shirt so it's quite
multi-functional.
The raw cut denim skirt adds the girly quality without being too 'pretty' and fits in seamlessly with this outfit.I've become somewhat of a sunglasses hoarder these days but these Aviator style sunnies are by far my favourite. The flat mirrored lens makes them look so much more expensive than they actually are and could definitely pass for a designer dupe!
